Albino Paganetti and the family immigrated to Australia from Ticino in Switzerland, first settling in the Western Victoria region and subsequently purchasing the land in 1850 in which Paganetti's Country Escape now resides.
The land has remained in the family for over 150 years and continues with Paganetti descendants as Kevin & Sue took ownership of the property in 1981.
Through years of hard work Kevin and Sue have sculpted the most incredible accommodation nestled within 4 wonderful acres of botanical gardens. It truly is "Daylesford's Secret Eden". Their eye for detail is unbelievable; guests will not be disappointed and are always surprised when they hear it was all designed and built by Kevin and Sue.
